Research Associate Positions

The Indiana Institute on Disability and Community is seeking to recruit for two Research Associate positions for the Center for Planning and Policy Studies. Position one will have primary responsibilities as the principal facilitator in the Collaborative Work Lab (CW Lab) and will also fulfill the role of Technical Manager of the CW Lab. This individual will collaborate with other Center staff on disability-related projects of the Center, especially those related to research and evaluation, database management, and Website development. Qualifications: This Research Associate position calls for a person with the dual combination of people skills and technical skills; someone with extensive experience in group process and facilitation plus technical expertise in computers, networking, and statistical analysis. Master's degree or above; interdisciplinary training preferred. Extensive experience in group facilitation, consultation, and/or adult learning.

Position two will have responsibility as a facilitator in the Collaborative Work Lab (CW LAB), performing both group process and technical facilitation roles. This position also involves work with other Center staff on disability-related projects, especially those related to research and evaluation and/or website development. Qualifications: This Research Associate position calls for a person competent in group facilitation, but also with technical knowledge of decision support system or other collaborative work technology, Web design, statistical analysis, and/or database management. Master's degree or above; interdisciplinary training preferred.
