Special Education Assistant Professor, University of Minnesota

Special Education (Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities), Department of Educational Psychology, College of Education & Human Development, U of MN. One tenure-track assistant professor position starting August 27, 2001. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications: Doctorate in special education, educational psychology, education, or a closely related field conferred by position start date. ABD candidates will be considered. Candidates must have training and experience in the organization of special education programs, teacher licensure and at least two years school- or community-based experience in an area related to mental retardation and developmental disabilities, and must demonstrate potential for excellence in research, scholarly publication, teaching and academic program development at the graduate level, and service/outreach activities.
